FOREVER BLUE AND GOLD

On this seventieth anniversary of VE DAY, please remember and pray for all of those brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Join Bishop Hying for a special MEMORIAL DAY Mass at the St. John/St. Joseph Cemetery on Monday, May 25th at 10:00 a.m.

While we recognize all of those St. John students who have served and who are presently serving our country, we also ask that you remember in your prayers Caitlan Pawlowski (2011) who is fighting a very serious and rare infection. Caitlan’s father is also facing surgery for prostate cancer. Needless to say, the medical bills are outstanding! You can help by donating to: www.gofundme.comrnv7g3b
THANK YOU.

!t was nice to observe last week two St. John School events sponsored by FOREVER BLUE AND GOLD: Tommy Hawk (Mascot for the Chicago Blackhawks) visited school and gave a rousing presentation on Teamwork; the eighth grade class presented a delightful show: FROG and TOAD that was enjoyed by all!
